  1. To lead the 5-th District 12 students competition (SC'2002). St.Petersburg, Russia-Gliwice, Poland- Catania, Italy- Cork, Ireland-Valladolid, Spain January,25
  2. To publish students issues of EuroXchange N6 (winter) N7 (spring) January 15 April 15
  3. To lead the 8-th District 12 International students conference and the 3-d round table via Internet April
  4. To lead district 12 students paper competition in airspace instrumentation area, St.Petersburg, Russia 10 level 11 level May 31 December 31
  5. To take part in International students competition in Chicago,USA October 22-24
  6. To lead district 12 students sites competition December 31
  7. To organize students exchange between Catania and St. Petersburg sections July- August
  8. To try to prepare and sign agreement between Valladolid and St.Petersburg sections and Universities.
